7. Consider the security aspect of working from home and having expensive equipment on the premises and take appropriate precautions.

8. Be aware of your neighbors and consider their rights as residents.

9. Be professional. Have quality stationery printed and establish a clear work/home boundary.

10. Manage yourself. Establish a routine and set yourself tasks for each day.
