For?
Senior Executives who will be leaving your organisation (either by their own choice - long term ‘career’ planning, voluntary redundancy, early retirement - or due to organisational requirements) and to whom you will be providing some financial assistance to help them in this transition.
These executives will have expressed an interest in future self employment, which could comprise anything from running their own business to interim management assignments coupled with developing an existing interest, for example.

The decision breaks are designed to provide executives with two days away from the workplace or the home in which they can explore their ideas about a self employed future in a relaxed environment, at the same time as re-energising body and spirit.
What?
Executive Decision Breaks are two day, residential breaks in the coastal resort of Scarborough in North Yorkshire.

Each two day break is tailored to the specific individual needs of the executive and will include a mixture of the following:

Up to five two hour, one-to-one sessions with individuals selected specifically for their expertise in the business areas that the executive is considering (eg: franchise specialist, business sector specialist etc.)

Two day membership of a local health club

Tickets to musical or theatrical events

Accommodation in a four star hotel
